Multi Skilled Tradesperson

TCi construction WORKS is a full commercial fit out and refurbishment service operating throughout the South West, with a wealth of experience in specialist industrial environments.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning team as a Multi Skilled Tradesperson

Roles & Responsibilities
Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and moulding (including fire doors)
Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall and other materials
Construct building frameworks, including wall studs, floor joists, doors and doorframes
Help put up, level, and install building framework with the aid of large pulleys and cranes
Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures

Carry out BWIC works; all demolition works, block and brickwork, plastering internal and external, patchwork for flooring, dry lining, ceiling fixing – both suspended and fixed

Tiling –
Wall and floor

Decorating –
Mixing of paints
Preparation works for all surfaces
Apply paints to masonry, plasterboard and plaster finishes
Apply paints to all woodwork finishing

Install pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets for water and drainage
Install supports for pipes, equipment and fixtures prior to installation
Assemble fittings and valves for installation
Modify lengths of pipes, fixtures and other plumbing materials as needed for a building


Driving Licence and own transport arrangements
Willing to work away if required (Overnight allowance and accommodation provided)
Own tools


Salary: negotiable depending on experience
Hours: 7:30-16:30 (excluding travel)
