We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller to join our technical department.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project documentation including drawings, specifications, submittals, and reports.
- Coordinating with different departments within the organisation and external contractors and ensuring that documentation is kept in the right location and are accessible to all relevant parties.
- Checking and approving documents before they are uploaded to NNB document control system (Teamcenter) and liaising with internal and external agencies to ensure that documents contain correct and understandable information.
- To oversee the archiving process and manage the control of documents.
- Working to deadlines and ensuring that all departments and external contractors of the organisation are following the same procedures with regards to documentation.
- Comply with approved processes and procedures.
- Dealing with both internal and external customers by telephone and electronic means.
- Support the preparation and submission of project handover deliverables.

- Experience of Document Control procedures and systems E.g.: Teamcenter, ASite, ProjectWise
Essential:
- Minimum requirements GCSE’s (A-C) / grades (1-3) including English and IT (MS Office suite)
