Callum Bowden appointed Project Director

TCi is delighted to announce a new directorship appointment with immediate effect

Former Head of Operations, Callum Bowden, joins the board of directors as TCi continues to grow.

His leadership and team management have resulted in exceptional project delivery and performance for major clients across the business. Callum already heads up his own commercial, project and site teams for a growing portfolio of clients and has been responsible for securing new repeat business throughout his time with the company.

Announcing the appointment, Adrian Sealey, Chairman of TCi (GB) Ltd said;This is a significant step upwards for Callum and recognises his considerable development and capacity. Over several years now, Callum has ably demonstrated his ability to successfully deliver extremely complex and challenging construction projects.”

Managing Director, Alex Perkis described the promotion as “well deserved” and went on to welcome Callum to the board, congratulating him on behalf of the company.

At 31, Callum also becomes one of the youngest members of the board at TCi and joins the now 7-strong senior team taking the company to new heights as a leading construction specialist and solutions provider.

Reacting to the appointment, Callum said; “It’s a great honour to have been given this opportunity and I would like to thank the directors for their mentorship and support in getting here. It’s exciting to be able to bring my energy and enthusiasm to the next level whilst being realistic about the huge responsibility placed on me, with great ambitions for the future of my department.”

From apprentice to company director

Having started out as a masonry apprentice, Callum joined TCi to become a trainee Site Manager whilst studying locally at college, quickly achieving success coordinating multiple, complex and high-value projects for a major client. He subsequently progressed to become Head of Operations, skillfully overseeing project and site teams and liaising with key clients throughout the Southwest. This latest promotion recognises his hard work, dedication and focus, and is a great example of the developmental career paths that TCi is proud to advocate.

During his career at TCi, Callum has also picked up awards as Trainee of the Year as well as being a key part of award-winning projects and teams.
