Another super STAR CCScheme report for TCi

Recognition for “enthusiastic” , “exceptional” , “encouraging” commitment reflected in highest score to date and 4.5 stars…

Following the annual Considerate Constructors Scheme registration audit, TCi is pleased to announce the continuation of its trend of ever-increasing scores!

The Monitor’s Supplier Report grades the company against criteria across the 5 values of the Code of Considerate Practice:

  • Care about Appearance – Constructors should ensure sites appear professional and well managed
  • Respect the Community – Constructors should give utmost consideration to their impact on neighbours and the public
  • Protect the Environment – Constructors should protect and enhance the environment
  • Secure everyone’s Safety – Constructors should attain the highest levels of safety performance
  • Value their Workforce – Constructors should provide a supportive and caring working environment

TCi was awarded 8s and 9s out of 9 in these categories, also achieving an additional mark for developing a safety innovation to lower the risk of manual handling and falling injuries whilst unloading items from vehicles on site.

A dedicated Considerate Constructors Scheme Champion, enhanced management involvement and a head office activity board, as well as increased field engagement have also contributed to the excellent report.

The report reflects TCi’s constantly evolving commitment to being a considerate construction contractor and builds on previous successes such as winning the coveted Most Considerate Supplier and Gold National Awards at the annual CCScheme ceremony.

Commenting on the achievement, Operations Director Alex Perkis said;

“This continued effort is to maintain the highest standards as a contractor to the construction industry is reflected in everything we do, enabling us to provide our customers with a recognised and consistently exceptional level of service. Adherence to the code of practice ensures that we are always looking for ways to improve in every area of our business, benefitting the community, our clients and our workforce.”

“I would like to thank everyone for the team effort observed on a daily basis, but credit in particular goes to our CCScheme Champion, Emily Bailey for coordinating us to our highest score to date.”
